Polestar’s Transition series takes the regular comprehensive training to a deeper level. In this week-long intensive, not only is there a review the Comprehensive Pilates repertoire, but students will also learn about postural assessment, sequencing and program design, problem solving for unique client needs, integration of imagery and tactile cueing in teaching, neurolinguistic skills for communication and energy medicine.

- Graduate of a comprehensive (400-450 hour) Pilates program covering a combination of Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mat work
- Completion of Principles Online
- STRONGLY RECOMMENDED: Polestar Anatomy Course or completion of one semester of basic anatomy/physiology or equivalent Principles Online
- To qualify for the Rehabilitation diploma, you must be a licensed or certified health care professional (MD, PT, DO, DC, ATC). All other applicants qualify for the Studio diploma.
