DESCRIPTION

This 16-hour course is designed for comprehensively trained Pilates instructors and licensed health care professionals with Pilates training. Learn interventions in the Pilates environment that will help improve stability, alignment and power in the lower extremities, restoring function from impairment through performance. This course includes online coursework in the form of video movement demonstrations combined with the in-person 2-day course. This live course will be streamed for non-local participants. Equipment is not a necessity for non-local participants but is recommended.

  • Iliopsoas Disorders
  • SI Joint Dysfunction
  • Piriformis Syndrome
  • Patellofemoral Syndrome
  • Chrondromalacia of the Patella
