DESCRIPTION
This course will expand upon Joseph Pilates’s beliefs in balance and explain how Pilates practice contributes to this formula. Anderson discusses the commitments to establish happiness within oneself. The ideas of Maslow, Chopra and others are used to further elaborate on the concept of balance as it applies to self-worth and the necessary steps to take to be able to embark on the journey towards happiness.
