The Polestar Workshop Series is a series of online lectures and on-site experiential workshops designed to give basic understanding of Polestar's six principles of movement.

The online lectures are companions to the on-site workshops. The on-site workshops continue the conversation of these lectures and include experiential labs. They will be taking place throughout the USA.

These 1-hour online components will give basic insight into Polestar's six principles by providing snippets of information about each concept and then a discussion with Polestar founder, Dr. Brent Anderson, and Polestar's Director of Curriculum, Shelly Power.

In this edition, Brent and Shelly discuss Mobility (also known as Spine Articulation).

This course includes 30 days of unlimited online access.
